The 19th Judicial District Court Self-Help Center is a free resource designed to assist individuals in East Baton Rouge Parish who are representing themselves in family court. The center provides access to legal forms, procedural help, and information to help users better understand the court process without needing an attorney. The 19th JDC Self-Help Center is available to income-eligibile people with a family law issue in East Baton Rouge Parish. It is especially intended for self-represented litigants who cannot afford legal representation and need help with issues like divorce, custody, and name change.
