About 

The Workplace Justice Project (WJP) represents Louisiana workers facing employment-law violations—litigating wage theft, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, breach-of-contract, civil-service, and unemployment-benefit claims in state, federal, and administrative forums.

Services & Eligibility

To qualify for help from The Workplace Justice Project, individuals must have a workplace-related legal issue, live and be employed in Louisiana, and meet income requirements based on federal poverty guidelines, generally up to 200% of the federal poverty level.
